How do I reinstall Windows on a mini PC?

Welcome to my new subscribers, and welcome back to everyone else! I’m doing something different about this issue by shipping it on time. :)

I’m frustrated right now: I installed a new mini PC, worked great. Then, I tried to restore my backup of my old system - but I must have done it wrong.

It’s running slow. It thinks I’m still on the slower CPU with half the RAM and the extra cooling. It won’t allow me to reformat the main drive.

Wonder if there’s such a thing as hardboiled IT?

I’ll return to Harry Bosch this week.
